One of my friends was visiting from New Orleans. She spotted my Lantana growing by my gate. "Oh, I love Ham and Eggs!" she exclaimed. I must have given her a confused looked. She began to giggle. "Oh, I love Lantana, especially in pink and yellow. They have them everywhere in New Orleans and we call them 'Ham and Eggs'"
I wanted to capture a "serving of Ham and Eggs" for each of us with this photograph to remember the moment.
