Description
During my high school years I was introduced to kale as a garnish for meat trays in Home Ec. I did not find out how delicious it was until I was a Grandmother. I often nibbled on it raw while I arranged trays for holidays and special occasions. After I was a Grandmother I was introduced to kale chips and soups with kale. I had always loved the beauty of kale. After tasting them cooked I realized their beauty wasn't their only quality. They are also high in vitamins K and C.
This kale was grown in large red pots. I took the photographs of them while they were still growing in the pots.
