Cushaw Blossoms Kids T-Shirt

The Cooshaw is a very large squash that the Cajun and Creoles of Acadiana love. I have seen these large squash weigh over 20 pounds. As a grandmother of many I love making pies with cushaw. One large cushaw can make enough dessert for a meal for my family. The beautiful yellow blossoms attract both bees and artist. They are the prettiest blossom in a vegetable garden!

I am a Cajun-Creole grandmother who was raised in South Central Louisiana and I am trying to preserve my culture as well as the things I imagine.
