Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption. The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton. Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").
Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

The Mary Jane is an engine that has been parked and on display in the town of Opelousas for decades. I remember visiting it in my childhood on the grounds of the parish courthouse. It was there that I brought my children also. It was moved to Le Vieux Village and it is where my grandchildren visit it.
Le Vieux Village is a small village created using historical buildings from St. Landry Parish. The village is located in Opelousas, Louisiana between the east and west bound lanes of highway 190.
I am a Cajun-Creole grandmother who was raised in South Central Louisiana and I am trying to preserve my culture as well as the things I imagine. My Primitive Folk Art preserves the simple way of life that I love. I love my culture and the place where I live and I want to share it!! Watching over my father's shoulder is how I learned to paint. He did primitive folk art for local shops. I took several art classes in college as well as private lessons from some of Acadiana's finest artist beginning when my oldest child was in kindergarten. Awesome capture of this engine Seaux! Reading your description ..on one of our visits to the Atchafalaya swamps were we rented a house boat there was a cabin cruiser moored to the jetty. The name on their boat was 'Opelousas'. I have a photo of the boat on my website! l/f/t
